USA Today Academic All-American… Goldwater Scholars… Truman Scholars… Oklahoma State University has achieved national recognition for the amazing accomplishments of its National Scholars. The Office of Scholar Development and Recognition created the Young Scholars Society, formerly known as the Prestigious Scholars Fund, in 2000 to provide scholarships for competitive scholars, assist in the recruitment of students, and to support faculty initiative within the Young Scholars program. Through the YSS, OSU intends to reward its competitive Rhodes and Marshall Scholarship applicants with the opportunity to study in England at the university of their choice. OSU donors can be proud of OSU students traveling to all parts of the world for study and research in some of the most stimulating circumstances any undergraduate student could ever enjoy. These remarkable experiences keep OSU on the academic map, and OSU students on the move, spreading the word about the terrific quality of a degree from Oklahoma State University.
