The Foundation currently has the following open positions:
Coordinator, Accounting
The person in this position will perform numerous accounting functions which include FAM direct deposit, scholarship processing, daily endowment of gifts, preparation of annual endowment reports, and assisting with special projects.
Education and experience should be equivalent of that normally received through a baccalaureate degree with emphasis in accounting. Experience with computer data and spreadsheet systems required. Must possess the ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner; be a self-starter; and have the ability to work independently. Customer service skills and the ability to work closely with others are required. Attention to detail is highly desirable.

Gift Processing/Treasury and Investment Assistant
This position will be responsible for preparation of daily bank deposits and data entry into the alumni/development information system and assisting the Treasury and Investments department with a variety of clerical duties, such as word processing, preparation of meeting materials, general correspondence and assisting with typing and mailing of tax forms.
Minimum qualifications: Graduation from a standard high school and a minimum of two years full-time clerical or related work experience is preferred. Possession of word processing and spreadsheet skills a must. Ability to work independently and above average communication skills is highly desirable.
