OSU-Okmulgee Receives Enhancing Student Learning Grant

Dr. Linda Avant, OSU-Okmulgee executive vice president, left, accepts a $20,000 check from SBC Area Manager for External Affairs Rhonda Sellers that will enable the college's Information Technologies Division to establish a new SBC Telecommunications Lab. The grant will buy software and hardware to upgrade and install network and computer equipment donated by a number of Tulsa-area technology companies.
